Welcome
to
The Art League of Nassau County
As we embrace the winter season, we're excited to
announce curated activities for everyone to enjoy.
ALNC will have 3 renowned artists doing a Zoom demonstration.
First will be in January, followed by 2 more artists February and March.
(Members will receive a Zoom link to participate.)
ALNC members enjoy a supportive environment where we share a wealth of activities, both artistic and social. Current events include monthly meetings that are open to the public where we enjoy an evening’s demonstration in fine art painting, exhibitions with receptions, plein air painting, workshops, and an annual members' dinner.
We welcome those interested in the arts to join us and participate in our activities. Click Join Us to learn more about membership or browse our website to learn more about our organization.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to
Virginia Edele

Her commitment and hard work has greatly benefited the league,
and we are truly grateful for all of her support and contributions; and
We are excited to announce the appointment of
C. James von Scholz as our new Treasurer.
His creativity and innovation will undoubtedly bring fresh ideas to our organization.
100th Anniversary 1925-2025 Event
To mark our special 100th Anniversary Year,
The Art League of Nassau County
had members and guests on a two-day,
one-night plein air painting event
at the historic Stony Brook Village
on July 10-11, 2025.
And for non-painters,
there was so much to see and do in this
charming town that everyone
enjoyed themselves.
